MEAT-FREE MONDAYS don’t get better than the broccoli baked potato at RUBICON.
First of all, take the potato home and lift it from its container and you have a meal the size of your entire dinner plate.
Served with a side salad and Texas toast, for Vegans, the smoky deliciousness of both potato and broccoli would be enough, but, no, for the rest of us there’s more...a sea of melted cheeses topped with ranch dressing. We added RUBICON’s famous barbecue sauce to ours.
